We want you to have complete confidence in your soil analysis, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused and unopened MySoil Test Kits. If your kit is damaged or missing components upon arrival, please contact our support team immediately for a complimentary replacement.

Return Process

  Ensure your kit is unused, in its original packaging, and within the 30-day window from the date of purchase.

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Securely pack the kit to prevent damage during transit and ship it back using a trackable carrier of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our lab verifies the kit's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
